Objet 3D Printing Materials

Create flawless models with Objet materials

PolyJet 3D Printing Materials ยป A Wide Variety of Colors & Applications
The wide variety of choices within the Objet 3D printing materials, including transparent, colored, opaque, flexible and rigid properties, enables models that meet a wide range of fit, form, function and โ€œfeelโ€ requirements. Objet 3D printing materials enables models to be built with an unlimited array of complex geometries, including overhangs and undercuts.

ยป A Unique Advantage
Objet 3D printing materials are based on Objet technology, which produces fully cured models that can be handled immediately after being built. This is a unique advantage over other rapid prototyping technologies and materials, which all require lengthy post processing.

ยป Safe & Easy Handling

Delivered in fully sealed cartridges, Objet 3D printing materials are environmentally safe, requiring no skin contact. Loading and unloading is similar to the process of installing and removing inkjet cartridges from a paper printer.

ยป Objet 3D printing Materials - Key Features & Benefit

  • Choice of materials enables a wide variety of applications.
  • Fully cured โ€“ models can be handled and touched, right off the tray, with no post Processing required.
  • Easy to remove gel-like Support material means no hard grid edges.
  • Model surfaces readily absorb paint โ€“ enabling more realistic-looking models.
  • Model material can also be machined, drilled, chrome-plated or used as a mold.
  • Easy switching between different materials.

ยป Objet 3D printing materials includes:

  1. Vero Family

Digital Materials

ยป Available on the Connex 3D printer only
Digital Materialsโ„ข are composite materials that closely emulate the mechanical properties of the target design and can provide specific values for tensile strength, elongation to break, HDT and even Shore A values. Digital Materials are created by combining FullCure 3d printing materials in several ways, enabling the simultaneous use of two different rigid materials, two flexible materials, one of each type, any combination with transparent material, or two jets of the same material.

ยป Advantage of Digital Materials

  • Enables the combination of black and white rigid materials, creating a wide range of grayscales suitable for consumer electronics and other applications.

  • Eliminates the need to design, print and glue together separate model parts made with different materials in order to create a complete model, saving printing and post-processing time.

  • Dramatically reduces the risk of error when creating complex molds for double injection by enabling the majority of testing to be performed on early stage prototypes instead of requiring silicon molds.
